Return/Refund Policy

Sons of SPPhillips does not offer price adjustments on orders after they have been placed. Sons of SPPhillips cannot make any changes to the contents of your order once it has been placed. Customers have the ability to cancel an order or remove an item as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Customers then can place another order with the correct size or color. 
No refunds will be considered after 10 days from the purchase. Contact for information about refunding your item.

To be eligible for a refund consideration, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

All customized/restyled products are non-refundable/returnable

Customized Tshirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Coffee and Signature SPP Accessories are created through a third party distrubutor called Printify. Printify is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers does not have the inventory space to keep the unwanted items. 

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You the customer are responsible for capturing the right information for your order. 

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues, manufacturing defects or ordered item is incorrect

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
