Sons of SPPhillips — Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept return or refund requests within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

To qualify for return consideration, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In the same condition received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized T‑shirts produced by Sons of S.P. Phillips

  • Restyled or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Custom T‑Shirts — Replacement Policy

Custom shirts are non‑refundable, but customers may request a size replacement if:

  • The shirt does not fit

  • The shirt is returned in original, unworn condition

  • The customer covers all return shipping costs

Once the original shirt is received and inspected, a replacement in the correct size will be issued.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Customers may cancel an order only if it has not been fulfilled. If canceled in time, a new corrected order may be placed.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement.

You do not need to return the defective item.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by bank and card issuer

You will receive an email notification once your return is inspected and processed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service

  • Sons of S.P. Phillips is not responsible for lost return shipments
